通知幾件事
【內容提示】
假定你是(2)班的班代。下了第二節課後，上課老師走了，你把同學們留住，口頭通知了如下三件事：
①明天下午4點在會堂聽報告，由生物老師講有關環境保護的問題。
②本周的政治學習內容是《環境保護法》，條文由自己讀，有問題記在一張紙上，星期五之前交上來。老師在下周上課時解答。
③後天你們班和(1)班足球隊進行比賽，請同學們都去助興。

An Announcement
Boys and girls,
May I take your attention please! I"ve a few things to tell you. Tomorrow afternoon there will be a report on environmental protection given by our biology teacher in the hall at 4 o"clock. In the evening we"ll discuss his report.
For this week"s political study we"ll read the law of environmental protection. Please make notes while you read. If you have any questions, write them on a slip of paper and hand them in before Friday. The teacher will answer them in class next week.
One more thing: the day after tomorrow our class team will have a football match with Class One. Let"s all go and cheer for them.

【寫法指要】
口頭通知裏常用一些套語，如“Ladies and gentlemen”，“Comrades”，“Friends”等。開場白有“Please be quiet! I"ve an announcement to make.”,“Attention please! I"ve something to say.”等。口頭通知應該有結束語，常用的有“That"s all.”，“Thank you.”,“Many thanks.”等。
